Removal – Dell Inspiron 6400 e1505 Optical Drive

1. Before starting read, Dell Laptop Service Precautions.
   
2. Remove the Battery.

3. Remove the 2.5mm x 8mm locking screw.

4. Using a screw driver slide the optical drive out of the laptop.

Installation – Dell Inspiron 6400 e1505 Optical Drive

1. Slide the optical drive into the laptop.
2. Replace the Locking screw.
3. Replace the Battery.
