Target retail stores are being investigated due to stolen credit card and debit card information for over 40 million its retail customers! Point-of-sale systems have become a major target for cyber criminals in recent years. And some how they got access to target customer information the day before Thanksgiving, just in time for that busiest shopping day of the year. They maintained access to the credit card info all the way until December 15th! Online customers were not affected by this breach. The little black strip on the back of every credit card has almost everything needed to run up charges on your account, and that's what they got a hold of. Security experts are saying a company insider could have inserted Malware into the company machine, or persuaded an unsuspecting employee to click on a malicious link that downloaded software, giving criminals all they would need to get into the company’s systems. The safest thing to do if you think you might be a victim of this is to call and cancel your credit or debit card.

Apples brand new Mac Pro PC officially went on sale yesterday. Dubbed, a desktop machine for professionals, and I can only guess that is because of the price tag. The Mac Pro costs between $2,999 and $3,999. It is packed with four different potential CPU options, four different RAM amounts, three internal storage capacities, and three graphics card options.

A Lego-based, air powered car was built! That sounds normal doesn’t it? Its not exactly clear to the world what this thing means yet, but if anything, its going towards the great future of sustainable automobiles! Requiring over 500,000 Lego pieces and $25,000 in outside funding, the vehicle is slightly smaller than a standard car, with two doors (swinging hinges of Lego pieces), no top, and a hashtag and Raul Oaida's (the Romanian tech who built it) image as the acting rims. Even cooler is the engine, operating completely on air with 256 rotating pistons. The car can go a maximum speed of 18 mph.

I have been a Redditor for only a year now and this was news to me! Every year, thousands of Redditors participate in Reddit's “Secret Santa” gift exchange. This year, a 24 year old name Rachel was shocked to find out her secret santa was Bill Freaking Gates. Her gift wish was for an iPad. Pretty indulgent. Well, Gates ended up giving her a stuffed animal cow, a ravel book called 'Journeys of a Lifetime', and a donation to the non profit Heifer International on her behalf. Nice man. RICH, but a very nice man.
